| Description | We will be able to take 4-wheel drive vehicles to DW1 Road. It is about 4 km round trip hiking. If you would like to see some pictures of the mine check out prior trip report of Mar. 2, 2016. We will then hike to Deepwater Bay, about 5 km round trip. It will be good to see this before the new logging starts to the south of the road. These are both old roads but may have lots of water on them. |
